It was easy walking distance from train station in the centre of town.
We had no tea or coffee available in the room.
Friendly personnel in this cosy hotel on a perfect location.
In the middle of town. Lots of space Fantastic pub
The meals and food in general was far below even the worst you could imagine
Classy old hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, quiet hotel room.
No shower curtain, meant that the bathroom was soaked after one shower.
very central and the rooms are comfortable.
the staff was not too frendly.no aircondision
Location was excellent, nice surrounding.
The toilet looked a little bit old. No air-condition in the room.
Location is excellent.
Interior is sorely needing an update.
Very helpful reception staff. Excellent atmosphere in bar/restaurant.
Location - both to the train station and sights. View of the cathedral from our room was a bonus. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast choice was excellent. The building and entrance is wonderful.
Friday evening was so peaceful... But Saturday was the opposite! Noisy, both from the main square and street. Was awoken at 4.45am by music and singing nearby. The only bad point.
Had to leave early... 630.. and was only given a dry sandwich, an old apple and coffee. Was expecting more (of course). Lasse
The hotel is very nice from the outside and very central. The lady at the reception was very nice.
There was air conditioning in the room and was substituted by a noisy fan.
The location was excellent, the building itself was really lovely and the view out our window of the beautiful church was somewhat majestic.
We stayed in autumn when the temperates were dropping but the hotel itself was very warm, almost too warm with no air conditioning to enable you to adjust the room temperature to your own comfort level. Neverless, the windows did open and that was an acceptable alternative.
The room was not as described. After complaining to staff we were allocated another room but a lot smaller than the one that we had booked. The room was very cold as the heating did not work!!The hotel is old & worn out.
Quiet room at back overlooking garden with mediaeval buldings.High standards of furnishings ,efficient staff, central location.
Room 417 was marketed as a double room with one bed. The bed however was to narrow for two adults. Otherwise everything was OK
